Whitney Fields is a brand affiliate for the Stella & Dot Family of Brands, including Stella & Dot and Ever Skincare, Park Lane Jewelry and Shop LTK.
Whitney Fields joined Stella & Dot as an independent Stylist in April 2010. Since starting her part-time business as a Stylist, she hosts an average of 50 trunk shows a year in the Houston, Austin and San Antonio areas and built a team of 100+ Stylists across the United States and in Canada. Whitney is a Founding Leader and promoted career ranks in August 2012 to Senior Stylist and to Star Stylist in November 2012. In February 2013, Whitney earned Stella & Dot's Heart of Leadership honor as a Star Stylist, earning her career rank for four consecutive months. Whitney also promoted to Associate Director on December 31, 2014, and earned a Lifetime Achievement Award (over $500,000 in lifetime sales) in May 2017. Currently, Whitney is a Specialist with Stella & Dot as the company has evolved into a direct e-commerce platform.
She has also coordinated jewelry for Elegantees' Summer 2011 photo shoot and charitable runway show in New York, and styled MyFoxAustin’s news anchor Lauren Petrowski, reality TV stars, including Holly Durst (ABC’s The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad), Natalie Getz (ABC’s The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad), Peyton Wright (ABC’s The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad, HGTV's Going Yard), Keltie Colleen (ABC’s The Bachelor and CBS's The Insider), Emily Maynard (ABC’s The Bachelor and The Bachelorette), and Robyn Howard (ABC’s The Bachelor - Sean Lowe's Season), as well as the Casserole Queens, Crystal Cook and Sandy Pollock, for their appearance on the TODAY Show. She was also able to connect the TODAY Show’s Kathie Lee Gifford and Natalie Morales to Stella & Dot!

She is a graduate of The University of Texas with an M.A. in Advertising (with a portfolio in Nonprofit Studies) and The University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in Communication (Public Relations). Whitney currently resides in Austin, Texas, works as a brand affiliate for Stella & Dot and a Division Leader for Park Lane Jewelry, and works in media/public relations, marketing account management, and customer success.

February 2017: As a Managing Director, Whitney launched the Austin, Texas Chapter of the Polka Dot Powerhouse, a connection group that brings together positive, professional, and action-forward women in business who are looking for collaboration, support, and personal or professional growth. In August 2017, the chapter earned Silver Elite Status, which is the organization's first milestone of recognition for having 30+ members. The chapter was closed in January 2022.
